We’re excited to invite 8th-grade girls to our Winter Wellness Day at SUA! It’s going to be a fun-filled morning where we focus on self-care and relaxation during the winter months.
8th graders, join us for:
- A yoga session to unwind
- Pottery to get creative
- Making homemade face scrub to beat the winter cold
- Games and activities led by Saint Ursula student leaders to practice mindfulness and have some fun together
- Hot chocolate and snacks to keep warm and cozy
